For most people, happiness is the ultimate goal. But very few actually achieve true happiness, especaially in their place of employment. A new study found that only 7% found their dream careers, but also identified the happiest jobs in 2021.
In the time of the Great Resignation, when at least 11 million workers are seeking the most fulfilling jobs. People desire the jobs that make them happy, and there are so only so many openings that they can be selective.
A new survey finds the happiest jobs of 2021, as well as which states have the highest rate of unhappy employees. The study finds that 19% of respondents said they were unhappy in their profession.
A poll, conducted by business communications provider Moneypenny, finds the jobs, sectors, and states that have the happiest workers.
Despite the uncertainties and challenges of the pandemic, numerous sectors had happy employees.
