With their glowing windows, snowy rooftops, and quaint figurines, these tiny towns bring a nostalgic charm to faux snow-covered mantels and tabletops alike. But for collectors with a taste for the extraordinary, some Christmas villages come with mind-blowing price tags. Here are 10 of the priciest examples we could find.

When the first “Harry Potter” movie came out, it wasn’t marketed as a Christmas movie. Still, the scenes during the Christmas season gave audiences such a warm, fuzzy sense of holiday nostalgia that the film forever became associated with Yuletide. Naturally, Department 56 manufactured a Christmas village to commemorate the wizarding world, and it’s one of the most expensive complete villages out there.
