Think your state is obsessed with the finer things in life? Now there’s a way to actually prove it.

A new study by Slot.Day revealed which states are the most concerned with luxury living. The study looked into factors like the number of billionaires per million people, the cost of a luxury home (and how many luxury homes are available on Zillow), and the number of monthly searches for “Buy [luxury brand]” per 1,000 people in order to determine how important wealth is in each state. The states were then assigned a composite score and ranked accordingly. Here are the 10 most luxury-obsessed states based on Slot.Day’s data.

1. New York
